Facial Reflexology aims to relax and help remove stress by assisting the body to heal and rebalance itself.
During facial reflexology gentle pressure is applied to the different reflex zones and reflexology points on the face.
This is a 30min consultation over the phone so we can talk about your history and any concerns you want to address as well your expectations. It’s mandatory to have the consultation call before booking a facial reflexology session. Keep in mind the amount of sessions needed varies from person to person. After our first session we as a team will start working on how to better your concerns and choose the best path to do so. Usually 4-6 sessions weekly or biweekly should be good and after that a quarterly or even yearly session.(Considering you do your part as well😁)

As the treatment is performed on face, there is increased blood circulation, lymphatic drainage and nerve stimulation that leads to improvement of health in all aspects along with glowing complexion in other words Botox without the needle. The sessions will all include use of essential oils (if ok with scents), healing crystals, fascia movement, lymphatic drainage and the main focus will be the facial reflexology.
